Why did you decide to become a benefit manager?
When I started looking for a job in HR, I realized that benefits play such a critical role in creating a supportive and engaging work culture. “Benefits” go beyond just perks — they are a reflection of a company’s commitment to its people. Creating a strong benefits package is the key to attracting and retaining talent, as it directly supports EVP. And TurnKey is a leader in this space.
What keeps you motivated every day?
My family, especially my 4-year-old son, is my biggest source of motivation. Their love reminds me of the importance of creating a balanced, fulfilling life — not just for myself but for others too. They give me the desire to make things better for those around me, and it keeps me driven.
What inspires you most about the work you do at TurnKey?
The people! Our team is truly exceptional. Working with such talented, passionate people makes each day incredible. The collaboration, support, and shared mission create an environment where we all inspire each other to achieve our best.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Managing benefits is an inspiring experience in itself, because you make a real impact on both individual work lives and overall company success. The most rewarding part is knowing that I’m helping to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
