Main Responsibilities

• Receive loosely defined business problems and translate them into concrete technical designs and working solutions
• Build and deliver AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tooling
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements before building
• Iterate quickly, ship, gather feedback, refine

Technical / AI-Related

• Hands-on experience building with AI tools. Claude, ChatGPT (OpenAI API)
• Proficiency in one or more of our core stack: React, JavaScript, Java, .NET
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing codebases (not greenfield only)
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, prompt pipelines, or AI-assisted tooling in a production context is a strong plus

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication. Must be able to talk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; self-directed with minimal hand-holding
• Asks the right questions to fill in requirement gaps rather than waiting to be told
• Pushes back constructively when something doesn’t make sense and comes with an alternative

Domain Experience

• Experience delivering internal tooling or automation (not just product-facing work)
• Background working within enterprise tech environments or cross-functional delivery teams is a plus
• Comfortable working in existing codebases without a full architecture handoff

Core Requirements

• Available PST business hours, 9AM–5PM, full-time (40 hrs/wk)
• Strong AI tool proficiency (not theoretical, must have shipped something with it)
• Able to own work end-to-end: from requirements clarification through delivery
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher)
