Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Enterprise Integrations team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting the systems that connect Vuori’s digital commerce, ERP, warehouse, logistics, retail, and partner ecosystem. You will build and maintain scalable integration services and APIs that enable reliable business operations across platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Shopify, warehouse and fulfillment partners, retail systems, and external technology providers.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable integration solutions and improving operational reliability. We are looking for someone who brings strong ownership, curiosity, production support discipline, and a desire to continuously improve how software is delivered.

What You’ll Get To Do
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Storage, and related Azure services.
Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Shopify, warehouse management systems, 3PL providers, retail systems, fraud and payment platforms, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, and other enterprise platforms.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, serverless applications, and event-driven integration components.
Design scalable microservices and asynchronous solutions using messaging, queuing, pub/sub, retry, exception handling, and idempotency patterns.
Troubleshoot production incidents, support critical integrations, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term reliability improvements.
Improve observability through logging, dashboards, alerts, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, operational reporting, and integration health monitoring.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, ERP, Digital, DevOps, Retail, Data and Analytics, and external partners throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform code reviews, promote code quality, maintain CI/CD discipline, and ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, scalable, and supportable.
Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, support guides, runbooks, API documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Participate in on-call support rotations and contribute to the stability of business-critical integration platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on development using C# and .NET.
Strong experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise application integrations.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies such as Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Storage, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and API Management.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed system design.
Experience integrating enterprise applications such as ERP, ecommerce, warehouse management, order management, CRM, supply chain, logistics, or retail systems.
Strong SQL skills, including data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures, and integration-related database development.
Experience with Git-based source control, pull request workflows, CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based build and release processes, and Azure DevOps or similar tooling.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong discipline around design, documentation, testing, and production readiness.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues in real time.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and disciplines.
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Experience working with Shopify APIs, Shopify webhooks, ecommerce platforms, or order management integrations.
Experience building integrations for fulfillment, warehouse operations, retail systems, inventory synchronization, returns, exchanges, or logistics workflows.
Experience with Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or data replication patterns used by analytics and reporting teams.
Experience with Azure API Management, OAuth, JWT, API keys, authentication and authorization patterns, and secure API design.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code such as Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates, or similar tools.
Frontend development experience with React or Angular is a plus.
Experience implementing automated testing, test-driven development practices, and production monitoring standards.
AI and Modern Engineering Practices
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, test coverage, design thinking, and operational support.
Critically evaluate AI-generated recommendations while maintaining high standards for security, maintainability, performance, reliability, and business correctness.
