Salesforce Data Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to ensure our CRM data is clean, reliable, and actionable. This role is essential for maintaining reporting accuracy across the organization. You will be responsible for building and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and custom report types, while also monitoring formulas, roll-ups, and overall system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and custom report types
• Monitor formula fields, roll-ups, and validation rules to identify and correct issues
• Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Use tools such as DemandTools (or equivalents) for data cleanup, deduplication, and mass updates
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with business needs
• Document recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce errors

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to build reports, dashboards, and custom report types
• Strong understanding of data governance, integrity, and hygiene practices
• Experience troubleshooting formula fields and roll-up summaries
• Proficiency with data management tools (DemandTools, Data Loader, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills for explaining data issues clearly

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with NetSuite reporting or data structures
• Familiarity with DLRS (Declarative Lookup Roll-up Summaries)
• Exposure to Celigo or other Salesforce integration tools
• Background in Sales Operations or pipeline/forecast reporting
