In this role, you will:

• Be the primary owner of the quality assurance process for one of the company’s fastest-growing initiatives. Design quality assurance frameworks and identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Document repeated data issues and work with other Data and Engineering teams to improve our data quality assurance processes
• Collaborate closely with our U.S.-based Data Product team every day
• Work with massive amounts of data to help answer our clients’ key questions about the companies we cover and the datasets we analyze. You will learn about our proprietary methods and techniques to ensure data accuracy and derive key insights.
• Become a trusted and reliable resource for our internal stakeholders or clients and work with them to identify and answer their key questions. You’ll gain insight into how investors use data in their investment decisions by contributing to data reports that are consumed by the top investors in the world. 
• Improve our products by developing entirely new methodologies and features for our products. We value self-improvement and experimentation and expect you to enhance the products, pipelines, or data feeds that you own.
• Sharpen existing SQL and Python skills by starting with our new hire training program that will enhance your SQL, PySpark, and Python fundamentals as well as our internal tools and processes.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Technology (Tecnólogo) or Bachelor’s (Bacharelado) degree
• Interest in finance, solving data challenges, and working with third-party datasets
• You have a strong ownership mentality and want to ensure our products are the best in the world
• 1- 3 years of internship or full-time work experience in a data analysis role
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
• You have exceptional attention to detail
• You are a methodical problem-solver
• You have experience working with large datasets
• You have an ability to manage multiple priorities
• You can clearly communicate complex concepts, both orally and in writing
• You strive to make tasks as efficient as possible
• You are experimental and curious – you aren’t afraid of changing the status quo
• You are enthusiastic about making a big impact at a rapidly growing company
