Job Purpose
The AI Agent Manager serves as the key technical and strategic resource for the company’s AI applications, with a focus on designing, building, operating, and managing complex AI agents. This role translates high-level business requirements into functional AI agent architectures, manages the full agent lifecycle (including advanced prompting, tooling, maintenance, and performance optimization), and ensures robust, measurable business outcomes.
The Manager owns the agent-building roadmap, advanced prompt engineering, agent configuration and deployment, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful AI adoption across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents using low-code/no-code and prompt-based platforms (e.g., multi-step prompt systems, agent frameworks).
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions, especially for internal process automation (e.g., media planning, operations, finance workflows).
- Configure and optimize multi-step AI prompts (“blueprints”) to automate complex tasks across different tools and systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand use cases and define solution logic.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical infrastructure, ensuring solutions are usable by non-technical users.
- Test, iterate, and improve AI agents to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance in real-world use cases.
- Identify opportunities for automation across departments and proactively propose AI-driven improvements.
- Document workflows, prompt logic, and system configurations for internal reuse and scalability.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI tools, LLM capabilities, and no-code/low-code ecosystems.
- Core Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong ability to translate business processes into structured workflows and logic.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, or similar platforms).
- Experience working with AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI automation platforms).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and own end-to-end solution delivery.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher)
- Technical / AI-Related
- Experience designing multi-step prompts or AI workflows (not just single prompts).
- Understanding of how LLMs work and how to structure prompts for reliable outputs.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

- Domain Experience
- Experience in digital media, advertising tech, or media planning.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven ability to design, build, and operate sophisticated AI agents.
- Expertise in advanced prompt engineering, including multi-step prompting, few-shot learning, and optimizing for specific model outputs.
- Strong business analysis fundamentals: elicitation, documentation, process mapping, traceability, UAT.
- Ability to produce and manage, work autonomously, and take initiative.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, cultural competency, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and roles.
- Dexterity to effectively deal with ambiguity, change, and continuous process improvements.
