As our Innovation Lead, you will work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and engineering, building new products, features, and architectures with full autonomy. You will be responsible for exploring emerging technologies, iterating on prototypes, and driving new initiatives from 0 to 1. This role is perfect for a startup-minded engineer who is tech-agnostic, highly adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. In other words, a high-impact, fast-paced role requiring a versatile, self-driven engineer who thrives in uncertainty and moves quickly from idea to execution.
