The client is looking for an experienced full stack developer to join our growing Product Engineering team responsible for enhancing SaaS platform. You will be a key contributor on development team designing, building, testing and enhancing performant,
secure and scalable services for our SaaS platform.
Success in this role requires a high level of expertise with implementing full stack solutions; a strong commitment to learning, teamwork and collaboration; and a passion for agile development practices.
Responsibilities
Active development of new features of the Arly platform, designing & developing secure and robust solutions with effective automated tests
Collaborate with team members as a member of an agile development team in solution design, development and troubleshooting
Keep up to date with recent developments full stack technologies; recommend and follow agreed upon best coding practices and patterns
Required Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience on a development team with hands- on experience creating and/or maintaining a SaaS-based software platform
Demonstrated experience and familiarity with TypeScript / JavaScript programming language.
Extreme attention to detail with strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
Strong understanding of issues and complexities of building long-lived applications within a SaaS-based business framework.
Experience with developing production code with modern AI coding assistants
Experience with cloud-based application development and hosting (with a strong preference towards experience with Azure services)
Demonstrated experience and familiarity with one or more the following technologies:
o TypeScript / JavaScript
o SQL (experience w/ PostgreSQL preferred)
o Serverless functions (experience w/ Azure Functions preferred)
o SaaS hosted services (experience w/ Azure Application Service preferred)
o API development (experience w/ REST preferred)
o Front end frameworks (experience w/ Vue preferred)
o Agentic frameworks
Experience with authentication / authorization both within services and when communicating w/ 3rd party services to build or enhance overall capability
Experience building applications that conform to high standards for accessibility,security and data privacy (any experience with WCAG, HIPPA or PCI DSS Compliance preferred)
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage
competing demands
Able to anticipate issues to help the team avoid or resolve them proactively
Other strongly preferred experience:
Knowledge and experience with full stack web application development, including middleware and data layers
eCommerce systems – Payment, invoicing, subscription, POS services (experience with Stripe a plus)
EdTech / Learning Management Systems
AI / ML / Agentic development (experience in Azure AI Foundry preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
