About The Role:
As our Revenue Operations Associate, you will partner with our Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Legal teams and work with our Revenue Operations leadership to:
- Be an operations subject matter expert for the Revenue function, working closely with RevOps leadership to support Revenue and execute on key initiatives
- Implement processes that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
- Set up, improve, and maintain systems to collect and interpret sales data, detect customer trends, entitle clients to our product, and compensate revenue contributors
- Ensure that the Sales and Client Success teams are operating seamlessly by improving workflows using performance metrics
- Help maintain and measure various components of the revenue process, such as Market Sizing, Territory Management, Lead Generation, and Product Launches
- Create, optimize, and maintain customer and employee data, processes, reports, and dashboards
- Run SQL data queries to build tools and inform on key revenue questions
You Are Likely To Succeed If:
- You demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project and change management, cross-functional team relationships, and analytics
- You are naturally curious. When something doesn’t look right, you dig in to understand why and take action to make it better
- You have advanced Excel skills
- You have knowledge or experience with organizational tools such as a CRM (Salesforce preferred, but not a must) or a knowledge-sharing platform
- You are willing to become proficient in SQL and data management
- You are a natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
- You are committed to continuously improving yourself and helping those around you
