About The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Recruiting team remotely from Colombia.
This position is ideal for someone eager to advance their career in recruiting and make a meaningful impact. As our first Recruiting hire in Colombia, you will support our recruiting efforts across the Americas region (LatAm and US), ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience that embodies YipitData’s culture and values.
Please note that this is a fully remote position and we expect East Coast work hours.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, You Will:
- Support LatAm Recruiting Coordination and Operation by:
- Creating, owning, and maintaining hiring processes in collaboration with our third-party recruiting teams and YipitData hiring managers
- Opening new roles in collaboration with Hiring Managers and the third-party recruiting team by posting job descriptions and configuring interview steps in Greenhouse, our ATS. Proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies/systems will be key in this role.
- Interviewing candidates and/or conducting reference checks as needed to assist in our hiring process
- Support US Recruiting Coordination and Operation by:
- Owning the candidate experience by ensuring outstanding, timely, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire hiring process
- Scheduling remote and on-site interviews while making sure any last-minute changes are quickly addressed and accommodated
- Interviewing candidates and/or conducting reference checks as needed to assist in our hiring process
- Developing strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships (with Hiring Managers, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, etc.) and maintaining effective communication channels. Your ability to seamlessly manage multiple hiring processes will be essential.
- Improving and streamlining processes whenever possible
- Working on additional ad hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Team
You Are Likely To Succeed If You have:
- Experience: 1.5+ years as a recruiting coordinator or operations administrator in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of a business recruiting process is a big plus.
- Communication: Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, and great listening skills.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets), ability to quickly learn new technologies/systems. Knowledge of and experience with Greenhouse (ATS) is a big plus.
- Organizational Skills & Stakeholder Management: Ability to seamlessly and simultaneously manage multiple hiring processes while supporting Hiring Managers, the internal/external Recruiting teams, and candidates.
- Career Interest: Genuine interest in building a career in Recruiting (Recruiting Operations or Recruiter career path), and a genuine interest in YipitData!
- Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges effectively while maintaining attention to detail and strong time management in managing multiple openings.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Availability: Ability to work US East Coast hours (approximately 9am–5pm ET).
