About the job

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects across R&D, customer deployments, and business transformations, ensuring timely and goal-aligned execution.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, monitor team workload, and proactively address bottlenecks and risks.
• Track project progress, handle changes and conflicts, and maintain alignment with scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring smooth communication.
• Oversee project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Drive technical discussions and support deployment of 4G/5G Core  networks and IoT SaaS solutions with global telecom operators.
• Foster continuous improvement, contribute to PMO best practices, and ensure efficient project structures and processes.

Minimum requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience, ideally with a PMP certification.
• Strong experience in the telecom industry, particularly in 4G and 5G standards, as well as IoT and IP networks.
• Knowledge of cloud services, such as serverless computing, containerization, and microservices.
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects with durationsof 6+ months, involving cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working globally and across different time zones, managing diverse and dispersed teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
