Product Manager

XILO, a fast-growing Vertical AI company recently backed by a Series A financing round, is seeking a highly inquisitive and driven Product Manager to enhance the experience of our SaaS platform and deliver impactful solutions to our customers.

About The Role

As a Product Manager at XILO, you’ll be at the center of driving product improvements that directly impact our customers’ experience and business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement new features, fix bugs, and enhance existing products. This role is perfect for a highly curious and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering intuitive, self-service solutions that drive adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct 3 customer interviews weekly to gather actionable feedback.
• Plan and document 2 sprints of development ahead of Engineers, using standard prioritization processes.
• Create product requirement documents for all assigned new features.
• Work with design to design out each planned release phase (MVP, beta, full release)
• Build data pipelines to measure customer adoption across multiple products accurately.
• Enhance all current products to make them more intuitive and self-servicing.
• Drive increased customer adoption across all products.
• Improve sales pilot success rates to 80% by delivering exceptional product experiences.

• Basic understanding of Engineering concepts to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Works hard (10+ hours daily when needed) and embraces the challenges of a startup environment.

• Builds genuine relationships with customers and teammates.

• Passionate about AI and its transformative potential.
• Experience with robust B2B SaaS products is required.
• Familiar with JIRA, Agile/Scrum practices, PRD writing, and working with design and analytics tools.
