About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring robust system performance. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end testing strategies, with a strong focus on test planning, functional and non-functional testing, white-box testing, and security validation. You will also play a key role in maintaining monitoring systems to proactively identify issues in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy
  • Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality benchmarks and ensure test coverage for all requirements.
• Functional and Non-Functional Testing
  • Execute detailed tests across multiple platforms and devices to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Ensure that systems meet reliability, scalability, and availability expectations.
• White-box Testing
  • Work closely with developers to understand internal logic and architecture, enabling more effective code-level testing.
  • Provide feedback on system functionality and logging events testing results.
• Monitoring System Configuration
  • Manage application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Establish alerts and dashboards to support proactive issue resolution and maintain uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good command of white-box testing techniques.
• Good knowledge of SQL is a must
• Familiarity with modern monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana Datadog, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
• Experience with PHP (Symfony) and Angular
• Experience with AWS SQS, EC2, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, RDS
