  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer, with a focus on testing web applications and mobile applications
  • Experience with bug tracking, test management, and documentation with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodology (we have a weekly release train)
  • Experience collaborating effectively with 3rd party testing companies and other QA engineers
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and thoroughly see initiatives through end-to-end
  • Innovative with a growth mindset, able to receive and act on feedback


  • Work closely with the development and product team to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
  • Mobile testing using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools
  • Partner with other QA testers to coordinate testing efforts and strategies across multiple teams
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results, effectively communicating them to the development team.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users or discovered during testing, providing detailed bug reports and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to promote quality assurance practices and conduct code reviews, identifying potential areas of improvement.
  • Support and enhance our agile process and weekly release trains
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging testing techniques, and relevant technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process and test automation framework, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • API / backend testing experience – as a plus.
  • Automation testing and setup experience with modern tools – as a plus.
