We are currently seeking an HR and Retention Manager to join our HR and Operations team. This role is crucial in building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries.
The HR and Retention Manager will take a hands-on approach to provide essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients. This position is vital for executing our people initiatives, delivering excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Responsibilities include assisting with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams, and organizing the company’s various events. The HR and Retention Manager will report to the HR and Retention Lead and work collaboratively with other members of our organization.
Joining our team you will be focusing on
- Working as an integral part of the TurnKey HR and Operations team, contributing to the company’s strategy, and attending regular HR team and Company meetings.
- Working with the LATAM HR People Partner with employees (conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings), identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining an overall positive atmosphere in the teams.
- Working with the LATAM HR People Partner to build and maintain excellent relationships with employees in order to deliver the best HR services and demonstrate a collaborative and proactive approach to solving people issues.
- Coordinate and administer day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including on-boarding, off-boarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.
- Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs, partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct and lead quarterly HR meetings, and act as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.
- Developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.
- Closely working with either clients or the HR team members from organizing client events (online, offline if needed), workshops, team buildings etc.
- Working with the LATAM HR People Partner on updating existing presentations as needed, as well as maintaining the HR Notion space up to date.
- Work/collaborate with core team from different regions in a multicultural environment.
Required Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field will be a plus
- Ideally, 3 years of human resources functions experience. Experience in tech companies will be a plus
- Client-facing experience
- Advanced level of English
