Global Head of Customer and Partnership Success

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global customer and partner success strategy aligned with our business and product goals.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners by understanding their business drivers.
• Use metrics and collaboration with internal teams to assess and drive a great experience and improved success for key customers and partners.
• Lead and mentor a global team with a balance of technical, business, and communications strengths to achieve the goals of this function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in customer success or partnership engagement.
• 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing global teams and driving customer satisfaction.
• Experience in networking, and security products.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
