Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the Company:

Arch Health is building an AI-First Managed Service Organization for the most fragmented specialties in US Healthcare. The Founder and CEO has previously had a successful exit in US Healthcare and is building his second company in this underserved area. We will be building for clinical and administrative power users with a focus on automation and for patients with a focus on care quality and usability. As the first technical hire, you will play a pivotal role in building our product from the ground up and shaping the technical direction of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end product development, including both front-end and back-end, with a stronger focus on back-end architecture.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure software solutions from scratch.
• Meet with and analyze the needs of end users and clients.
• Translate the founder’s vision into technical solutions and lead the initial product roadmap.
• Build the technical infrastructure, including DevOps pipelines, cloud deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Establish best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide future engineers as the team grows.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Minimum 3 years of technical ownership, preferably as a technical lead.
• Experience in startup environments or building products from scratch.
• 3+ years of experience with React for front-end development.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud platforms (any cloud provider is acceptable).
• Experience building infrastructure from scratch, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience in the United States healthcare domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
