As our first-ever Deal Desk Analyst, you will:
- Manage and build upon the new Deal Desk function, ensuring sales agreements are structured efficiently, align with company objectives, and move swiftly through approval processes
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to evaluate deal structures, enforce pricing policies and frameworks, and refine approval workflows and contract governance to improve efficiency and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with a large portion of our revenue organization to ensure consistency in deal execution while maintaining compliance with internal policies
- In order to effectively manage the queue of deals, we expect online availability from 9a-5pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday (unless coverage is otherwise arranged, as needed, for vacation, illness, etc.)

You Are Likely To Succeed If:
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations related role, company, and/or function
- You possess an operational mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance speed and efficiency with attention to detail
- You are a clear communicator with empathy for others, while also maintaining objectivity, a strong nose for fairness, and the toughness to stick to principles and defined policies
- You are motivated by independent work, ownership, and the opportunity for rapidly expanding impact
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce), Excel mid-adv usage, reporting experience
