We are seeking an experienced and innovative Creative Services Manager to drive the production of high-quality visual content across all platforms. This role will oversee the end-to-end development of creative projects, ensuring that all outputs align with our brand standards, engage target audiences, and support our business objectives.

The Role

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for aligning the team’s vision with the company’s brand and marketing strategies, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.

• Manage the creative process from concept through to completion, including prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking projects to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement efficient workflow processes and systems to optimize productivity and quality across all projects.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines, balancing workloads and reallocating resources as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to understand strategic objectives and develop creative concepts that meet project goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Lead brainstorming and concept development sessions, presenting ideas and feedback to stakeholders to refine creative direction.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels, ensuring creative outputs align with the brand’s visual and messaging standards.
• Manage creative budgets, including tracking expenses, approving costs, and finding cost-effective solutions.
• Source and manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance graphic designers, video editors, and production companies, negotiating contracts and timelines.
• Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure that all creative assets meet company standards and project specifications.
• Collect and analyze feedback on creative projects, implementing changes as necessary to improve quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment, with at least 2 years in a direct leadership role.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and complex projects from concept to execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital, print, and multimedia design.
• Expertise in creative tools and software (e.g., project management tools like Figma or Trello, etc).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Advanced English-speaking only.
